During the summertime, I went cycling down to a lovely village called Ofpingen in Germany. On that day my friend took a few photos of my outfit...It was such a lovely day, the weather was super nice therefore it was pretty fun being able to actually wear clothing that wasn't a long tee with a jumper. Saying that, it is sadly now descending in to Autumn and it's torrentially pouring down with rain as well speak. At least I have a blanket and the comfort of Bombay Bicycle Club to listen to.
The top I chose from a site called Jolly Chic that was nice enough to contact me, I mainly chose it because at the time I really wanted an off the shoulder top like in Topshop a while ago. Alas, trends come and go so I bet next year it'll be something completely different. I think it's pretty fun how trends come in and out such as with the 70s and 90s, who knows what it'll be next year?

The temperature was about 35 or 36 degrees celsius, which is a pretty rare occasion for me to experience, living in England and all. After all the travelling, it is quite nice to be back again though and have a set routine. It's a bit hectic getting a new year ( sort of- school year) sorted out. Every September just feels like a new clean slate, more so than January, perhaps it's due to being in the routine of 'back to school' or maybe the new trends and of course, the new season.
I do, however, miss summer a huge amount with the carefree attitude ,events and new experiences to make. I definitely am considering a gap year for travelling, although I guess I'll need to save up some money first or I could just coach surf if worse comes to worse.
For now, it's back to school and back to a huge pile of homework just staring right at me so I should probably get to that soon. Further maths is proving more of a challenge than I'd have though, although in some ways it's kinda fun- I guess.
Ciao, Jess xx
